Ross Jones is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Adult Nurse (RGN) to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to individuals in their own homes, supporting their health, wellbeing, and independence. You will work closely with carers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive safe, personalised care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care in patients’ homes
• Assess patient needs and develop personalised care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines
• Monitor patient health and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Work collaboratively with carers, families, and healthcare professionals
• Provide guidance and support to care staff where required
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
• Follow safeguarding, infection control, and health and safety procedures

Requirements

Essential

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Adult Nurse (RGN)
• Degree or Diploma in Adult Nursing
• Strong clinical and patient assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care

Desirable

• Experience in community nursing or home care
• Experience supporting individuals with complex or long-term conditions
• Evidence of continuing professional development
